Interiors Project Manager


We are seeking to find a talented Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience to join our design team.  We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, self-directed, and organized designers. Candidates should possess strong design skills and demonstrate experience in programming and space planning, materials and product specification, FF&E, construction documents and construction administration.

Requirements for this position:

  • Degree in Interior Design

  • 5-10 years of commercial interior design experience

  • CID or NCIDQ

  • Office, retail, and hospitality project experience desired.

  • FF&E experience.

  • Project management experience required.

  • Solid understanding of construction process and methods, codes, construction documents and construction administration.

  • Strong ability for team coordination, communication and mentoring.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Design and design coordination

  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously

  • Client relations

  • New business / Networking

  • Consultant coordination

  • Prepare, coordinate and monitor project schedules

  • Manage project time tracking

  • Project team management 

  • Review contract documents, specifications and code implementation on projects 

  • Staff coordination and mentoring

  • Code analysis and feasibility studies 

  • Supervise and coordinate all phases of project, from programming to construction administration
