Mixed-Use | architecture
Playing with the concept of “break away”, our design for this confidential mixed-use development intends to do just that. Breaking away from the status quo, this space will create new opportunities for interaction, and elements of surprise. Formally, the building breaks away from the regular floor plate to generate new views and a more intriguing and dynamic geometry. At the pedestrian level, the topography also breaks away from the ground plane, creating dimensional landscape areas. These moments not only host program elements, but also unique amenities to the development that will set it apart from other projects of this scale.
